Supporting Partners
We're grateful to our partners who share our commitment to mental health and wellbeing in Australian workplaces.

We are one of Australia’s most well-known, trusted, and visited mental health organisations. We never take this for granted. With it comes a deep responsibility to listen, to understand people’s needs and aspirations, and to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
We are a big blue door for many in the community: a safe and reliable place for millions of people to access information, advice and support – whether they’re well and want to stay that way, unsettled or struggling and need support, or in recovery and want to reconnect.

Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture. We run the survey behind the Great Place To Work Certification™ — helping organisations measure trust, act where it counts, and celebrate success through recognition that can’t be bought. Our system connects insight, action, and recognition in one continuous cycle.

Wellbeing Australia is a national, not-for-profit network dedicated to strengthening the healthy relationships that underpin individual and community wellbeing with a particular focus on family, education, and workplaces.
At Wellbeing Australia, we act as a central point of connection across diverse fields, bringing together educators, youth and community services, mental health professionals, health practitioners, businesses, and policymakers who share a vision for holistic wellbeing and human flourishing.
Our approach is both integrative and proactive. By bridging research, practice, and lived experience, we turn wellbeing from an abstract idea into a living culture, one that anticipates challenges, nurtures resilience, and supports sustained positive change.
More than advocacy for wellbeing, our network connects, amplifies, aligns, and acts as a national catalyst helping individuals and organisations translate values into action, align local innovation with national standards, and collectively shape a future where wellbeing is embedded in everyday life.

SuperFriend is a not-for-profit organisation backed by our Partners in the Superannuation and Life Insurance industries. We’re dedicated to transforming mental health research into practical, sustainable solutions that benefit workplaces and their employees. Employers and their leaders have a legal duty of care in providing psychologically safe workplaces, and we can support them in this.
We target high-risk industries across Australia and delve deeply into workplace mental health trends. Our approach goes beyond understanding the reasons — we focus on research translation to create actionable insights and interventions in workplaces of all sizes and industries. This strengthens psychological safety and protects against psychosocial hazards. Over time, you'll be able to show progress and reduce risk.
Through our work, we empower workplaces to improve the status quo and as a result, boost retention, wellbeing, and productivity.
We want every Australian to reach retirement not just comfortably but having thrived throughout their working life!
